TERMS OF SERVICE

This TOS is subject to change.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for whatever reason.

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

PAYMENT

✦ Payment via PayPal invoice only, upfront. Progress will not begin until full or partial payment (with payment plan) is made
✦ Prices are in USD $
✦ Payment plans available
✦ All prices are starting points, price subject to increase based on complexity of piece
✦ Upon sending the invoice, payment/partial payment must be made within 24 hours. After 24 hours of no payment and a reminder by me, your spot will be forfeit

REFUNDS

✦ I reserve the right to cancel a commission with a full refund for any reason
✦ No refunds once 24 hours has passed since a sketch/rough has been approved
✦ I may be lenient with refunds in specific circumstances but this is NOT a guarantee. Commissioning me is a commitment; make sure you can afford to do so

WIPS AND EDITS

✦ A rough sketch/painting will be given for approval prior to beginning rendering
✦ After sketch/rough has been approved, anything more than very minor edits will not be made. If a large edit must be made, an additional charge will be required
✦ After the initial sketch/rough, WIPs may be given throughout as I make strides in progress

DEADLINES

I do not typically work with solid deadlines. I typically aim to complete pet portraits within 1-2 months. If you require a piece from me completed by a specific date, please discuss this with me!✦ If you have a required deadline that has not been discussed with me, a refund will not be given

COMPLETION

When your commission is finished you will be sent via email:✦ Full res png for personal use + smaller res png for public use
✦ Full res jpeg for printing
Your piece and all files will include some kind of signature.
For all of my works UNLESS OTHERWISED DISCUSSED, you may do the following with your commission:
✦ Print for PERSONAL use on paper/canvas, clothing, accessories, etc
✦ Post and use on your public and private profiles. For posting full pieces, I strongly encourage you use the smaller res file to help prevent theft
✦ DO NOT REMOVE MY SIGNATURE
I reserve the right to post completed commissions/WIPs on my public accounts

PRICING

✦ Prices start at $200 for a single pet. Each additional pet is $150. ✦Pricing is based on how difficult it will be for me to paint your pet. More complex coat patterns, scaly textures, wings, etc will cost more than a cat with simple markings, for example.
